Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
The service
codelazr.com lets you use AI models to read, edit, and commit changes to GitHub repositories you control or have access to. All edits are staged and shown to you as a diff before anything is committed - you are always the one who approves a commit.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing AI-suggested changes before committing them. We do not guarantee the correctness, security, or suitability of any generated code. You must have the right to grant repository access via GitHub OAuth for any repo you connect.
Usage limits
Free and paid plans include a monthly spending allowance for AI model usage. Once exhausted, paid models are blocked until the next billing period unless you supply your own OpenRouter API key, in which case usage is billed directly to your key.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or repository changes resulting from use of the service, including AI-generated edits you choose to commit.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
